Essentials for understanding your Bible!

In March, I along with Lisa had the privilege to present Bible Essentials to Calvary Baptist Church in California. This trip was truly one of my greatest memories in ministry. We were welcomed with open arms, staying in a beautiful, sprawling ranch style home in the middle of a horse ranch. There was a citrus grove outside our bedrooms filled with orange, grapefruit, and lemon trees, and the wonderful smell of orange blossoms filled the air.

Apart from their incredible hospitality, I learned so much from the leadership of this church. I got to see first hand the love the leaders had for their members and members for their leader. And this church doesn't just talk about discipling, they are discipling. They encourage and equip their members in their God-given talents to be used for the body of Christ. I was blessed to be a part of that, and I am forever grateful. They so graciously taped this presentation for me, and I want to share it with you. I named this ministry "Bible Essentials" because I am so passionate about people studying and understanding God's word.
