Eternity!

This is the last session of this study. We close out the book of Revelation getting the wonderful details of eternity and some warnings to those reading this book. Remember when John was writing, so few people were able to read and write. This book would have had to have been read to the 7 churches John was sending it to. God warns those reading this book to not leave a word out or add any words to this book. It would have been tempting knowing the content to leave out words or add words to soften the message of God's wrath to the congregation of these churches. No leader of a church wants to lose its members or money due to something they have said or taught. Over 2,000 years later, I believe we still struggle with this in our churches. To be very honest with you, I struggled with sharing all that I learned in this study, and I have nothing to lose. So I know first hand the temptation to leave out some details and sugar coat others. I think this is why God had to make it so clear that those who read (teach) this book to others risk having God take away his part from the Book of Life, from the holy city, and from the things written in this book.

I pray you will continue to study and search the scriptures and please send me any scriptures you find. May God's blessing abound in your life for the reading and keeping of these words as mine has been.
